Nesanica / Insomnia

Pa bok bok svima. Utorak… 5:40 h. Svi koji me poznaju, znaju koliko je to rano za mene. Nisam ranojutarnji tip i pokušavam što više vremena iskoristiti za san prije posla ili bilo kakve druge obaveze. Skoro u sekundu namjestim alarm, kad je potreban, već unaprijed izračunato koliko ce mi točno trebati da se spremim nakon spavanja. Znam da zvuči malo ludo, ali stvarno volim odspavati dobrih 9-10 sati sna kako bih mogla normalno funkcionirati cijeli dan. Vjerujem da će se to jednom promijeniti, no zasada uživam u tim trenucima gdje zaboravim na sve brige i odem u svijet snova, a i vjerujem da moje lice cijeni taj beauty sleep, također haha. Iako pomalo smješno, nema mi dražeg nego zaspati oko 23:00 i spavati do 9:00h kad mi to obaveze dopuštaju. Na kraju krajeva, svatko ima svoje gušte 🙂 No dogode se, evo, dani poput danas gdje se probudim iz čista mira i ne mogu spavati i pišem vama da iskoristim kvalitetno to vrijeme. Nakon ove ispovijedi želim istaknuti ono najbitnije, oni koji nisu još, shvatit će kad tad s vremenom, da je najbitnije cijeniti vrijeme za sebe. Moraš si priuštiti to vrijeme u danu kada sam sa sobom sabireš misli i donosiš bitne odluke. Jer jedina prepreka u životu za bilo kakve promjene si TI, sam sebi. Zato se uvijek prvo posveti tome da imaš vrijeme u danu kada radiš na sebi, kako bi uvijek bio što zadovoljniji sobom. Da budeš sretan… da se smiješ… a onda i da nađeš vrijeme za tebi drage ljude i smiješ se skupa s njima. Baš kao ja na slikama ispod. I zapamti: Kako zračiš tako privlačiš! Sretan ti utorak! 😊❤️

Hi, Hi everybody. Tuesday … 5:40 a.m. Everyone who knows me knows how early this is to me. I’m not an early-morning person and I try to spend as much time on a sleep before a job or any other obligation as I can. Almost in a second, I set the alarm when needed, already calculated exact time that I need to get ready after sleep. I know it sounds a bit crazy, but I really like to have a good 9 to 10 hours of sleep so I can function normally all day. I believe that this will change once, but for now I enjoy those moments where I forget all the worries and go into the world of dreams, and I believe my face appreciates that beauty sleep also haha. Though a little bit funny, there is nothing that I prefer more than falling asleep about 11:00 p.m. and sleep until 9:00 a.m. when obligations allow me. After all, everybody has something that they enjoy so much 🙂 But there are the days like today, when I’m waking up by myself and can not sleep any more, so I’m writing to you to use that time as much quality as I can. After this confession, I want to highlight the most important thing, and those who are not yet, will realize after some time, that the most important is to appreciate the time for yourself. You have to afford that time in the day when you gather your thoughts together and make important decisions. Because the only obstacle in life for any kind of change is YOU. That’s why you should always dedicate to yourself first for having time in the day you are doing something for yourself, to be always more satisfied with yourself. To be happy … to laugh … And then to find time for your dearest ones and smile a lot with them. Just like me in the pictures below. And remember: How you radiate is how you attract!
